Midsummer Madness

At Historic Camp Living Waters at the edge of the McKenzie River

July 26-27-28, 2013

For a weekend of play, dancing, music, sports,
And swimming in a big heated pool!

Contra dances Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday morning
in a beautiful 1930’s dance hall
with a stage and lovely wood floor.

Featuring music by


Laura Brophy on fiddle, Kevin Johnsrude on guitar,
Michael Proctor on bass, Brian Bucolo on hand percussion

all the way from sunny southern California
with her light hearted and inclusive style


Choose from: tent camping, dorm beds (pretend you are in the barracks!), your rig

Camp begins with a potluck dinner Friday evening, then meals and snacks are provided through Sunday lunch.

Registrations mailed by May 15 will be treated equally and put into a lottery if needed. We will attempt to gender balance camp.
If you must register by mail, send us your name, phone, food needs, etc along with contact info, and check to the same address.

MIDSUMMER MADNESS opens Friday July 26 at 4pm, potluck 6:30pm, dancing begins at 8pm.
We play and dance all day and all night on Saturday. Camp ends Sunday at 4pm.

Located just 14 miles east of Eugene, Living Waters provides quick and easy access to 40-acres of pristine forest with McKenzie River views. Stroll along the trails, relax down at the river, play some games, sing a song or two, find a 
secluded spot to enjoy the quiet, or sit by the pool and work on your tan.
