Please mark the box below if you agree. The links below will display the policies. You will be asked to sign the liability waiver at the time you check in at camp.
I have read and agree to the Eugene Folklore Society's COVID Policy and Liability Waiver .
Each dancer must individually register and pay the appropriate registration fee.
Adults (18+ years) must register and pay a fee of $150.
Adults enrolled full-time in school (18+ years) must register and pay a fee of $95.
Youth (13 - 17 years) must register but will not pay a fee and will be admitted free with a registered adult.
Children (12 years and younger) ARE NOT registered but will be admitted free with a registered adult.
Camp Staff (band members, callers, sound tech) must register but will not pay a registration fee.
A camp roster with name and city of registered adult dancers will be provided before camp. With your permission your email and/or phone can be included. Dancers under 18 years will NOT be included in the camp roster.
If you live outside Eugene-Springfield, the camp roster can also show if you are interested in sharing travel or lodging to reduce costs. EFS will not be coordinating sharing of rides or lodging, rather dancers themselves may use the camp roster information to make sharing arrangements.
We may have a number of local dancers able to host out-of-town dancers, as well as out-of-town dancers who would like to stay with local dancers. If you are either of these please indicate below. This info will not be included in the camp roster. Instead we will directly contact potential homestay hosts and interested out-of-town dancers.
Cascade Contras will need a few people to arrive early on Friday to help with setup, stay late on Sunday to help with camp takedown, help at the check-in table, set out snacks, sweep the dance floor between sets or just help keep the dance venue tidy.
