Band: Lupine Leprechauns
Mary Grace performs Celtic music on the harp, sometimes mixed with songs, stories, and original works. She is an Oregon-born harper who has studied at the University of Oregon as well as abroad in Ireland. A current resident of the Willamette Valley, she enjoys playing weddings, festivals, parties, and unique occasions.
James Gregg, who some have ventured to say sprung spontaneously out of a peat bog, is a multi-instrumentalist playing mainly traditional Irish style flute, but also pennywhistle, Scottish Shuttle Pipes and Scottish Highland Bagpipes. James’ musical career spans 55 years, informed by four years of playing ceilidhs in the village of Ardentinny in the Highlands of Scotland and ten years as a full-time professional musician in a Celtic Band Stateside.
Caller: Woody Lane
A caller for more than 35 years, Woody Lane from Roseburg is known for his smooth contras, fast squares, and superb programming. His teaching style is clear and concise. Also an accomplished clogger, he often accompanies the band as a foot percussionist, raising the energy level on the dance floor to wonderful heights. Woody has brought his exciting brand of calling to dances from Alaska to Boston to Florida, delighting dancers throughout the country.
